Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Director of Construction at YCP Supply Chain. The Director of Construction will oversee and manage diverse procurement categories in construction industry ,ensure their successful completion within budget and on schedule. Key responsibilities include financial oversight such as budgeting and cost management, monitoring progress, coordinating procurement of necessary materials, and ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and high-quality standards. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Budgeting and Cost Management for construction projects
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and materials management
- Proficiency in Construction management, including scheduling and progress tracking
- Solid background in Civil Engineering and its application in large-scale projects
- Proven project management skills, including leadership and team collaboration
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
