Role Description
The Director of Client Services is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. This role involves overseeing client service operations to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, managing and mentoring a high-performing team, and continuously enhancing client engagement strategies. The Director will analyze customer service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various teams to maintain the company’s exceptional service standards.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Strong ability to manage Customer Satisfaction strategies and build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and driving improvements.
- Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and inspire a client services team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in executive-level leadership in the aviation industry or luxury service industry is advantageous.
