Synapse XTL is Hiring: Director of Client Partnerships
Location: Indore / Remote
Experience: 12+ Years
About the Role:
This is a front-line revenue leadership role where you’ll take complete ownership of the sales lifecycle- from prospecting to closing and expanding enterprise accounts. In the first 6 months, your mission will be to drive revenue and build a strong sales foundation, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do:
🎯 Strategic Hunting & Prospecting
Generate and nurture leads via networks and outbound strategies
Drive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
Target US-based companies for Captive Teams & Staff Augmentation
Build and manage your own sales pipeline end-to-end
🤝 Deal Execution & Closure
Practice consultative selling by identifying client pain points
Lead negotiations (MSA, SOWs, rate cards)
Close deals with a strong understanding of US staffing economics
📈 Account Growth & Partnerships
Execute a “Land & Expand” strategy
Build long-term client relationships and expand engagements
Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams
📊 Revenue Strategy
Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management
Track conversion metrics and improve win rates
Align sales strategy with delivery capacity
✅ What We’re Looking For
12+ years in IT services, staffing, or SaaS sales (US market)
Proven track record of closing enterprise/mid-market deals
Strong understanding of US business culture and sales cycles
Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, ownership mindset with leadership potential
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo
