We are seeking an entrepreneurial Director – CAAS to lead and scale our Client Accounting Advisory Services practice in India. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of experience in accounting advisory, outsourced accounting, controllership, and finance transformation, and currently manages a portable CAAS/client accounting revenue portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition and grow an existing book of business in accounting advisory and outsourced accounting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, Finance Heads, and business owners.
- Lead outsourced accounting, financial reporting, controllership, and accounting advisory engagements.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing CAAS team.
- Leverage AI, automation, and accounting technologies to improve delivery efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure technical excellence across Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and Indian regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
- Proven experience managing a CAAS/outsourced accounting portfolio.
- Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
- Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, Companies Act, GST, and TDS.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent international qualification preferred
