🚨 Hiring: Director – Business Development

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Director – Business Development to drive business growth, secure new opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to develop tailored client proposals.
- Represent the organization at industry events and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Set and achieve revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in the architecture, interior design, or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of securing new business.
- Strong client network and established relationships with hotel operators and real estate developers.
- Experience in contract management.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and target-driven approach.
- Strong numerical and presentation skills.
