Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role located in Surat/Ahmedabad, Gujarat for a Director of Business Development. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans for business growth, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. The Director will also collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with organisational goals, analyse market trends for potential growth, and ensure client satisfaction through premium service delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Access to UHNIs & HNIs Circle
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Analysis
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and managing Client Relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in achieving business growth objectives
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and luxury-focused environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
