As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and highly connected professional to lead our Luxury B2C Sales Division focusing on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra HNI clients, celebrities, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and elite families.
Position Summary
The Director of Business Development – Luxury B2C Sales will be responsible for driving high-value luxury holiday sales and building long-term relationships with affluent clientele.
The role requires expertise in luxury travel consulting, client acquisition, relationship management, destination expertise, and personalized holiday planning for premium travelers.
The candidate will actively promote curated luxury experiences while positioning Prime Meridian Travel Co as a preferred luxury travel partner for elite travelers globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 15-25 years experience in luxury travel sales or premium hospitality sales.
- Strong HNI client handling experience.
- Excellent luxury sales presentation and communication skills.
- Proven expertise in personalized travel consulting.
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Africa, Maldives, Cruises, and Luxury Resorts.
- Ability to close high-value luxury holiday sales independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in FIT Luxury Travel mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly professional candidate who has passion for global travel and luxury experiences.
Educational Qualification:
MBA / MTA / Hospitality & Tourism Degree / Any Bachelor’s Degree with tourism background experience
