Role Summary:
Mindshaft Media is hiring a senior Director – Business Development to drive new business growth in BTL activations and experiential marketing. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, closing large-ticket mandates, and scaling revenue exponentially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for BTL activations & experiential marketing
- Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiations & closures
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, marketing heads & brand teams
- Drive revenue targets and expand key accounts
- Work closely with strategy, creative & operations teams
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in BTL / experiential / activation sales
- Proven track record in closing high-value BTL mandates
- Strong industry network and client relationships
- Excellent pitching, negotiation & leadership skills
