🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition (SIs & direct clients) and deliver agreed revenue targets
- Build compelling client propositions and lead RFP responses
- Collaborate closely with account managers & recruitment teams
- Own and deliver monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Develop and scale RPO & MSP solutions for clients
- Identify and establish new lines of business
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in BD / Sales / Account Management within international recruitment (US, UK, Europe, APAC)
- Strong expertise in staffing solutions & client acquisition
- Proven ability to handle enterprise clients & close high-value deals
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales cycle (campaigns, client meetings, conversions)
- Solid understanding of resource planning & recruitment delivery
