Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Director of Business Development. The role involves driving new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities, and creating effective business plans. Responsibilities include managing lead generation efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing account management to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and retention. The Director of Business Development will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Expertise in Lead Generation and building strategic partnerships
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with startups, emerging technologies, Web3, or AI is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading business development and growth initiatives in a startup or tech-centric environment
