Job Overview
We are looking for a visionary and result-oriented Director of Business Development to lead our growth trajectory at Buzzmarcom Solutions LLP. As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for identifying high-value market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and designing the roadmap that scales our advertising and market research services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Buzzmarcom’s long-term revenue goals.
· Identify emerging trends in the MarTech and advertising landscape to position our services as industry-leading solutions.
· Analyze competitor activity and market shifts to pivot strategies and capture new market share.
2. Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
· Lead the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and high-level outreach to negotiating and closing multi-year, high-value contracts.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level clients, ensuring consistent month-over-month growth.
· Optimize the lead generation process by leveraging CRM data and AI-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, brand managers, and key industry stakeholders.
· Represent Buzzmarcom at major industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to elevate brand visibility.
· Formulate strategic alliances with complementary agencies and tech providers to expand our service ecosystem.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
· Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that client deliverables align with the promises made during the sales process.
· Mentor and scale the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
· Provide data-backed reporting to the partners regarding sales forecasts, ROI on BD initiatives, and client feedback.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience: 8–12+ years in Business Development or Sales Leadership, preferably within the Advertising, Media, or Market Research sectors.
· Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
· Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and "big picture" strategic thinking.
· Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with the agility of a growing LL
