Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across ship management and maritime operations
- Redesign operational workflows and business models using AI and digital technologies
- Drive process optimization across fleet management, vessel support, and HSQE functions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term transformation strategy
- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs across global maritime operations
- Build scalable frameworks for AI adoption and business innovation
Requirements:
- 15–20+ years of experience in maritime, shipping, or closely related industries
- Proven expertise in AI-led large-scale operational and business transformation
- Strong understanding of ship management operations, vessel support, HSQE, and fleet management
- Experience in strategic transformation, business model innovation, and process excellence
- MBA / Management Consulting background preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities
- Experience working with global shipping or maritime organizations is highly preferred
