Role Overview:
Indo-Euro Synchronization (IES) is a fast-growing platform focused on enabling academic collaboration between India and Europe, delivering high-impact Integrated Programs and Global Immersion opportunities that enhance students’ global career pathways. We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically strong Admissions Director to lead end-to-end admission closures for these programs.
This role sits at the intersection of revenue generation, institutional partnerships, and student engagement, requiring a leader who can operate both at the ground level (closures) and at the leadership level (university / institution stakeholders). The position demands direct engagement with senior academic leadership to drive institutional alignment, unlock admission pipelines, and scale long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will act as a key growth enabler for IES, building a predictable and high-performing admissions ecosystem aligned with the organization’s international expansion vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Strategy & Revenue Ownership:
- Own and deliver admissions targets across all programs
- Drive conversion strategy across the funnel (lead → counselling → closure)
- Build scalable and predictable admission pipelines
Institutional Engagement & Leadership Interactions:
- Lead high-level meetings and negotiations with bureaucratic management
- Represent the organization in strategic discussions with partner institutions
- Drive institutional buy-in for program adoption, student participation, and long-term collaboration
- Ensure alignment between institutional stakeholders and internal admission targets
Conversion & Closure Excellence:
- Personally manage high-value prospects and institutional leads
- Establish structured counselling frameworks to improve conversion ratios
- Monitor and optimize key metrics: conversion rate, lead velocity, revenue per intake
Team Leadership & Process Excellence:
- Build and lead the admissions and counselling team
- Define SOPs for lead handling, follow-ups, and closures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline tracking
Partnerships & Channel Development:
- Leverage networks across colleges, universities, and consultants
- Build and manage commission-based admission channels
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with academic institutions
Market Positioning & Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with conversion goals
- Conduct institutional presentations, webinars, and strategic briefings
- Position programs as premium international career pathways
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Experience:
- 10–15 years in Admissions leadership / Head of Admissions / Placement Officer (Engineering / Higher Education institutions) / Education Consultant (B. Tech / international admissions)
- Critical Capability (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in handling senior-level institutional stakeholders
- Confidence and credibility to engage with VCs, Registrars, Rectors, and senior academic leadership
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills at leadership level
