JOB DESCRIPTION – Director Adobe Solutions Architect
Reports to: VP, Engineering
Location: Bangalore - work on-site 3 days per week
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Role Overview
We are looking for a MarTech Solution Architect to build and scale iQuanti’s MarTech solutioning capability from the ground up.
This is an IC role responsible for defining end-to-end MarTech Solutions, creating reusable solution IP, and driving pre-sales solutioning across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
You will act as the technical backbone for all MarTech opportunities, partnering with Sales/Growth to win deals and enabling delivery teams with scalable, repeatable solution patterns.
What You’ll Be Doing
MarTech Solutioning, Architecture & IP Development (45%)
- Define end-to-end MarTech architectures across customer data, personalization, journey orchestration, analytics, and CMS (Adobe + Salesforce stack)
- Translate client use cases and business goals into scalable architecture (data → identity → segmentation → activation)
- Build reference architectures, integration blueprints, and solution patterns
- Create reusable IP and accelerators, including:
- Use case playbooks (personalization, CDP activation, journey orchestration)
- Journey templates, audience models, identity frameworks
- Demo environments and proof-of-value kits
- Productize offerings (e.g., Personalization at Scale, CDP Activation, Revenue Attribution) into solution kits with sizing, pricing, and delivery models
- Maintain solution assets as a living knowledge base for the practice
Pre-Sales, RFP & Client Solutioning (25%)
- Partner with Sales/Growth teams to drive MarTech opportunities and own the technical win
- Lead RFP/RFI/proposal solutioning — architecture, estimation, and value articulation
- Conduct client discovery workshops and define MarTech roadmaps
- Build solution narratives, demos, and POVs tailored to client maturity
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (business, MarTech, and architecture teams)
Practice Enablement & Capability Building (20%)
- Build and scale MarTech capability within iQuanti
- Define architecture standards, governance models, and review processes
- Mentor architects and engineers; drive design reviews and solution quality
- Enable digital teams to transition from web/CMS delivery to MarTech activation
- Partner with AI teams to embed AI-led use cases into MarTech solutions
Delivery Partnership & Architectural Oversight (10%)
- Provide architecture oversight during onboarding and early delivery (first 60–90 days)
- Support complex solution decisions and resolve cross-account escalations
- Drive post-delivery learnings into reusable IP and patterns
Success Metrics
- Scalable MarTech solution offerings and reusable IP
- Increased win rate in MarTech-led deals
- Strong client solution adoption and satisfaction
- Growth in MarTech-driven revenue
- Mature and repeatable solutioning capability across the practice
Your Expertise
MarTech & Platform Expertise
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and Journey Orchestration (AJO), including data modelling (XDM), identity, segmentation, and activation
- Strong understanding of analytics, personalization, and experimentation (Analytics/CJA, Target)
- Working knowledge of AEM (CMS + headless) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
Architecture, Data & Integration
- Experience designing end-to-end MarTech architectures across CDP, CMS, CRM, analytics, and personalization
- Strong grounding in customer data, identity resolution, and customer 360 models
- Understanding of privacy, consent, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)
Activation & Use Case Design
- Experience enabling personalization, journey orchestration, and omnichannel activation
- Strong understanding of experimentation, attribution, and data-driven decisioning
- Exposure to AI-led use cases in MarTech
Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership
- Proven experience in RFP/RFI solutioning, client workshops, and deal shaping
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable MarTech solutions and value narratives
Practice Building & Leadership
- Experience building or scaling MarTech or digital experience capabilities or offerings
- Strong mentoring, governance, and IP or accelerator creation experience
