About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director (Integrated Planning) to lead and drive business growth for our key clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in digital and offline media planning, and a deep understanding of the media ecosystem to effectively manage client relationships and meet their expectations.

The purpose of this role is to:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and retention for key clients.
- Lead media planning across both digital and offline channels, ensuring integration and coherence with the overall media strategy.
- Foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Manage and mentor business teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics, to deliver comprehensive services.
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead new business pitches, driving the process in partnership with the management team and other departments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
A bit about you:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the media/advertising industry.
- Strong track record of media planning across both offline(preferable) and digital platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape and the ability to leverage this in strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Experience leading and developing diverse business teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating persuasive presentation decks.
- You’re technically focused and have had exposure to media tools, consumer panels & systems
- Exposure to tools and platforms such as – Comscore, YUMI, GWI, IRS, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad words, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon, LinkedIn and Ad Verification Tools
- You possess an ability to analyze data and articulate recommendations based on your findings to your team members and leaders
