What You’ll Do
- Partner with line leaders of the assigned organization to define and execute the human capital strategy and site-wide strategies to reach business objectives.
- Lead the overall talent management process including headcount management, high-potential identification, development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Directly lead and manage a team of HR professionals supporting the local organization at the site level.
- Provide strategic consultation to leadership to align HR and business strategy through talent optimization.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for HR-related BU/COE issues and employee relations cases.
What Experience You Need
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner leading teams in multinational companies (IT Product organizations preferred).
- Experience in operating in a matrix organizational structure
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Proven track record of operating effectively within a matrix organizational structure and executing transformational processes.
What could set you apart
- MBA/Masters degree in HRM or labour laws is preferred
- Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR).
- Experience within Financial Services or Technology industries.
- Proficiency with Workday, AI and Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a strong sense of urgency.
