Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pune City, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. As the Director of Healthcare, you will lead healthcare-focused business strategies, manage key projects, and drive sales initiatives to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include overseeing the execution of healthcare projects, building and managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, ensuring team alignment with business objectives, and delivering tailored healthcare solutions. Additionally, you will champion the training and development of the team, ensuring expertise in industry best practices and innovative approaches to healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in US Healthcare.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, developing insights, and driving strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on effective strategies for driving healthcare-related business growth.
- In-depth understanding of the Healthcare Industry, including trends, regulations, and challenges.
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring teams to enhance their domain knowledge and skillsets.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's or advanced degree in management, healthcare administration, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
