Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales leader who understands the IT operations and automation ecosystem and can drive adoption of the DigitalXC platform with global enterprise customers.
The role involves solution selling of an AI automation platform combined with managed services, working closely with CIOs, infrastructure leaders, and IT operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales
- Drive enterprise sales for the DigitalXC automation platform across global customers.
- Engage with CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure, SRE/DevOps leaders, and Service Management leaders.
Solution Selling
- Position DigitalXC as a platform for AI-driven automation and autonomous IT operations.
- Build business cases around automation ROI, operational efficiency, and service improvement.
Strategic Account Development
- Identify automation opportunities within large enterprise IT environments.
- Expand platform adoption through strategic account development.
Ecosystem Engagement
- Work within IT operations ecosystems including ITSM, observability, automation, and cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10–15 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS or platform solutions.
- Experience handling complex enterprise sales cycles ($100K–$1M+).
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
Candidates with experience selling solutions in the following domains are preferred:
- IT Service Management platforms
- IT operations / observability platforms
- Automation / workflow orchestration platforms
- Cloud infrastructure platforms
Buyer Personas
Experience selling to:
- CIO / CTO
- Head of Infrastructure / IT Operations
- DevOps / SRE leaders
- Service management leaders
Preferred Company Background
Candidates who have worked in the following ecosystems will be a strong fit.
Tier 1 – ITSM / Automation / AIOps Platforms
Tier 2 – Enterprise SaaS / Observability Ecosystem
