Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the position of Director / Head – Artificial Intelligence Programs at unifyedu services. The selected candidate will lead all aspects of AI initiatives, including strategy development, execution, and integration across various business functions. Key responsibilities include managing AI-based projects, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective use of AI technologies to solve business challenges. The role requires managing budgets, analyzing emerging AI trends, and building a high-performing team to achieve the company’s strategic vision for Artificial Intelligence implementation and growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Experience with strategic project management, including AI project implementation, stakeholder communication, and achieving KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills to build and guide an AI-focused team
- Comprehensive understanding of data analytics, predictive modeling, and software development methodologies
- Well-versed in Innovation Strategies, with a strong ability to identify and develop AI applications for commercial benefits
- Capability to analyze AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies for organizational growth
- Effective communication and presentation skills for senior leadership discussions and stakeholder management
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional experience in AI, with at least 10 years of leadership experience, is highly desirable
