We are looking for a hands-on Design Team Manager to lead and scale our SoC Design Team in Bangalore.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving RTL design, SoC integration, and silicon execution across next-generation MLSoC™ platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Architecture, Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, and Software teams to deliver world-class silicon from concept to tape-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of SoC design engineers

• Drive RTL design, integration, and subsystem implementation

• Own SoC and subsystem-level execution through tape-out

• Manage project schedules, planning, and execution tracking

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality silicon delivery

• Enforce best practices in RTL, verification readiness, and documentation

• Participate in architecture/design reviews for scalability, performance & power efficiency

• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent

• Coordinate with global teams for alignment and convergence

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• 15+ years in SoC/ASIC design

• 8+ years in technical leadership/management

• Strong RTL expertise (Verilog/SystemVerilog)

• Deep experience in SoC integration (AXI/AHB, clock/power/reset domains, IP integration)

• Understanding of synthesis, STA, and design constraints

• Full silicon lifecycle experience (spec → tape-out)

• Experience working with distributed global teams

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• ML/AI accelerators experience

• ARM/embedded CPU integration

• Low-power design techniques
