Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a
highly experienced and principled Investigations Director for India region to join our
Global Investigations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and conducting complex fraud-related investigations, addressing internal misconduct, and safeguarding the company’s assets and global reputation through rigorous evidence-based analysis.
Our team is a dedicated group of global professionals focused on maintaining the highest standards of organizational integrity and risk mitigation, collaborating daily with Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Audit to foster a culture of transparency.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Complex Investigations: Oversee and conduct end-to-end investigations into fraud, corruption, and regulatory risks by gathering testimonial and electronic evidence to deliver clear, actionable findings.
- Collaborate for Risk Mitigation: Partner with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Human Resources (HR), and Information Technology (IT) to assess credibility, report findings, and recommend operational improvements that prevent future misconduct.
- Ensure Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Guarantee that all investigative activities strictly adhere to Indian labor laws, international regulations, and internal policies while championing anti-retaliation efforts across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Investigative Expertise: At least 12 years of experience in corporate investigations, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong proficiency in investigative techniques, evidence handling, and a deep understanding of Indian labor laws and global compliance standards.
- Advanced Analytical & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously, utilizing data analysis methods and exceptional communication skills to interface with all levels of leadership.
- Educational & Professional Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Business, or Accounting; preference is given to candidates with professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
