The platform enables fractionalization of large real estate investments into smaller investment sizes, making them accessible to the retail investor and enabling them to diversify their portfolio. Restack provides the retail investor attractive risk adjusted returns through a turnkey approach to property investing, which is backed by a fully digital investment process and active property management by our inhouse team.

About the role:
The Fundraising & Partnerships Head will be responsible for building and expanding the network of HNIs, institutional investors, wealth management firms and other channel partners for our platform’s real estate products and strategies. The candidate should have a strong background in fund raising and sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a network of investors and distribution partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop strong product knowledge, implement strategies and drive sales to a pan-India network of HNIs, UHNI’s, family offices and institutional clients; Opportunity to build and own strategic distribution relationships from the ground up.
· Drive institutional and HNI capital raise for a Category-II Real Estate Alternative Investment Fund.
· Work closely with marquee family offices and sophisticated investors in the alternatives ecosystem.
· Build and deepen relationships with a strong network of distribution partners like independent financial advisors, wealth management firms, private banks to support the platform’s fund-raising efforts.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials and campaigns to drive platform sales.
· Identify new investors and distribution partners to grow and expand the platform's network and reach.
· Attend industry conferences and organize events and roadshows to promote the platform's investment products with existing and potential clients and build relationships with our distribution partners & network.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to potential investors and channel partners to promote the platform's investment products and services.
· Track and analyse market & industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
· Work closely with the product team to devise new products and structuring to ensure the platform's offerings align with the needs and interests of investors and partners.
· Maintain accurate records of investor and channel partner interactions in a CRM system.
· Manage and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve goals and objectives.
Skills and qualifications for the role:
· MBA/Master’s degree in marketing/business administration/any other discipline.
· Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in fund raising/investor relations through sale of investment products, with experience in building B2B partnerships, channel sales & Investor network.
· Extensive experience in fund raising experience with an AIF, PMS, or a real estate private equity fund is a plus.
· Experience in fundraising through the sale of structured products or other investment products working at a wealth management fund, private bank or large brokerage outfit.
· Deep understanding of alternative investment products; experience in the real estate industry/ real estate investment platform is a plus
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse groups of individuals.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
