Role Description
The Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting activities, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, driving strategic financial initiatives, and optimizing the organization's financial health. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and enhance decision-making processes.
Key Aspects of the role
- Forex accounts management
- Balance sheet consolidation
- AR control, cashflow management, financial ratios
- Banking - cash credit limit, credit renewal
- Insurance matters, FEMA, INDAS
- Taxation - GST, Income Tax, direct & indirect taxes
- Must have exposure to ERP - SAP B1 / S4 Hana
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance, including the ability to design and implement effective financial strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and developing insights from financial data.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance & accuracy in reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus with minimum 15 years of experience.
- Proven leadership experience in financial management roles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
