Hiring: Director – Enterprise Sales
At Personaas AI, we’re building the next layer of enterprise intelligence — role based AI personas that transform how organizations operate.
We’re now looking for a Director – Enterprise Sales who can open doors, close deals, and build revenue from 0 → 1.
Role Overview
This is a pure hunter role.
Your mission: identify, engage, and close enterprise customers across India (and global markets over time).
You will work directly with the founders to drive high-value deals, shape GTM strategy, and build the early sales engine.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales (prospecting → closing → expansion)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Sell Agentic platforms to enterprises across industries
- Lead solution-based selling (understanding workflows and pitching products)
- Close high-ticket deals with long sales cycles
- Build early sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and positioning
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to align customer needs → product roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15+ years in enterprise/B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record as a hunter (new logo acquisition)
- High ownership mindset — comfortable in a 0 → 1 environment
Location: Anywhere in India
Compensation: Fixed + strong performance incentives + leadership upside
