The
Director - Enterprise AI Transformation will lead the internal AI leverage agenda across QAD by translating company-level productivity goals into a governed, prioritized, and measurable AI transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise AI leverage roadmap: Own the roadmap across functions and BUs, prioritizing use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk.
- Governance and operating model: Define internal AI governance in partnership with IT, Data, and functional leaders; establish risk-tiered review processes.
- Reference architecture: Coordinate the AI stack across approved tools and data sources; prevent unmanaged shadow AI deployments.
- Usage and spend controls: Manage tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Salesforce/Agentforce; establish usage and financial tracking.
- Delivery and value capture: Track productivity impact and financial value; prepare leadership and board-ready summaries.
- Team leadership: Lead Functional AI Enablement Leads and AI/Data Integration Engineers; coach the team as hands-on execution partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-15+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI transformation, enterprise automation, or technology strategy.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and agentic tools.
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership (CFO, CHRO, COO, etc.).
- Pragmatic build-vs-buy mindset.
