Delivery Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with preferred in the EdTech sector and a solid understanding of account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of educational technology solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing project timelines and resources effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing client relationships and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for account management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in EdTech to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in the EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 16-20 years of experience in project management and account management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
