Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The individual will engage in academic and administrative responsibilities depending on the designation, such as teaching, curriculum development, lab and research management, student mentoring, and/or overseeing operational activities. Core duties include planning and delivering educational and training initiatives while ensuring the highest standards of quality. As a critical team member, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding academic excellence and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professionalism within the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and research skills, with expertise in curriculum design and delivery.
- Proficiency in laboratory management, research methodologies, and technical equipment for lab assistants and faculty roles.
- Leadership, decision-making, and managerial skills for roles such as Director or Dean.
- Proven ability to manage educational administration and institutional operations for roles like Registrar.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and academic growth.
- A relevant advanced degree (e.g., M.Tech, Ph.D. in Engineering, or equivalent) is required, with professional certifications being an added advantage.
- Experience in a higher education environment, especially in engineering or related disciplines, preferred.
