Role - Corporate Marketing Director

About the Role:
Delhivery is India's largest fully integrated logistics company, and we're building a marketing function that matches our scale. We're looking for a seasoned Corporate Marketing Director to own how Delhivery shows up in its most important rooms — with investors, analysts, enterprise customers, and senior leadership.
This is a senior role that sits at the intersection of marketing, communications, and business strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure Delhivery's corporate narrative is sharp, consistent, and credible across all high-stakes touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
- Business Insights & Messaging Support
- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure business milestones, product capabilities, and operational achievements are accurately and compellingly represented in external communication.
- Serve as the marketing bridge between business teams and Corp Comms — bringing commercial context, data, and business narratives that sharpen Delhivery's external story.
- Investor & Analyst Relations Support
- Partner with the leadership team and finance on IR-related marketing deliverables — presentations, shareholder communications, and company narratives for analyst interactions
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all investor-facing materials.
- Own the agenda and positioning strategy for Delhivery's flagship corporate events — Growth Summits, Partner Summits, and leadership convenings.
- Work with the Events team on execution; your focus is content, audience, and narrative
- Website & Digital Presence
- Own Delhivery's corporate web presence — content strategy, messaging hierarchy, and keeping it current and credible
- Ensure the website reflects the company's current scale, services, and narrative
What We're Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate marketing, B2B marketing, or strategic communications — ideally with exposure to both a large corporate and a high-growth environment.
- Strong written communication; someone who can write clearly and edit ruthlessly
- Experience working with or alongside senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable with investor-facing and enterprise-facing contexts — understands the stakes and the tone required.
- Sharp project manager who can hold multiple workstreams without dropping quality
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred
