We are not looking for Employees. Apply only if you want to be a Social Entrepreneur who can prove his capability to become our Co-Founder in due course. No Remuneration for first one year.
What You Will Get
- First Six Months: Probation Period, No Remuneration, to be posted in the Founder's Office.
- Next Six Months: Extension + 2% Success Share in the additional revenue earned through team efforts.
- Second Year: ₹12,00,000 annual package + 1% Success Share in the additional revenue.
- Third Year: Appointment to the Board of Directors + 2% share in the company at a valuation of ₹100+ cr in addition to revised annual package.
- Target Driven: All the above benefits are based on Performance, Targets/Results/Success and your alignment with the Vision and Action Plan of the company.

The Roles: Directors who can be our Co-Founders
As the Directors, you will bridge the gap between social cause and corporate excellence. Your goal is to position Beggars Corporation as a leader in sustainable and scalable social models while driving revenue through Partnerships and Collaborations with central and state governments, corporate houses, institutions and citizens engagement.
- Director-Impact Marketing: Collaborate with HNIs, Family Funds, Fortune 500 companies and government bodies.
- Director-Impact Investment: Impact investing or venture fundraising, crafting investor pitches, networking with leading national/international VCs, structuring blended finance models.
- Director-Impact Tech: Innovative tech strategist experienced in integrating tech to implement, measure and enhance poverty alleviation outcomes.
- Director-Impact & Empowerment: Empowering marginalised communities; program design, training models, policy advocacy, and scaling profitable livelihood initiatives.
Who You Are
- Social Entrepreneur: You must have Entrepreneurship in your blood and social impact at heart.
- Bold & Unconventional: Can take calculated risk, think outside the box, and challenge problems with solutions on your own instead of complaining.
- Team Leader: Can build your own team and lead from the front with full responsibility.
- Feet on the Ground: Produce visible "impact" which can be measured, and build a Socially Responsible Corporate out of mere "concepts" and "visions".
