Note:-We are specifically seeking a Mumbai-based candidate with 10+ years of experience in managing and building relationships with elite architects and interior designers across India.
Job Title: Director Client Relations (RSVP)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Director Client Relations with strong, established relationships across the architect and design community Pan-India. This role is critical to driving high-quality architect attendance for ACETECH exhibitions through targeted outreach, relationship leverage, and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate is well-networked, highly credible, and understand show to convert relationships into confirmed participation.
This role requires extensive travel across India.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Pan-India RSVP strategy for architects and key design influencers for ACETECH exhibitions.
-Leverage existing relationships with leading architects, studio heads, and design principals to drive confirmed attendance.
-Build and manage a high-quality architect RSVP database across metros and key regional markets.
-Personally engage with top-tier architects for priority invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
-Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and content teams to align RSVP targets with exhibition goals.
-Drive participation for:
*Knowledge sessions & conferences*
*Speaker panels & curated forums*
*VIP architect programs and delegations*
-Track, monitor, and report RSVP confirmations vs. attendance metrics.
-Travel Pan-India to strengthen relationships, attend industry events, and expand outreach.
Key Requirements
-10 to 15+ years of experience in exhibitions, events, architecture platforms, media, or allied industries.
-Strong Pan-India network of practicing architects and design decision- makers (mandatory).
-Proven experience in RSVP management, community outreach, or delegate acquisition.
-Ability to engage and influence senior architects and opinion leaders.
-Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Profile
-Prior experience with architecture-led exhibitions, conferences, or design forums.
-Existing goodwill and visibility within the architect community.
-Background in delegate marketing, partnerships, or community engagement.
