City Lead – FM Operations: Job Description (Based on Context)
Role Overview
- The City Lead is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a specific Business Line (including Facilities Management operations) within a city or multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Line performance in the assigned city/cities.
- Focus on sales and client-facing activities.
- Achieve Revenue, Contribution Income, operating income targets, and margins.
- Independently drive Collections.
- Guide and inspire teams to achieve success.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and lead teams within the Business Line.
- Collaborate across functions and with other city teams as needed.
Performance Accountability
- Accountable for financial performance of the Business Line in the city.
- Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and growth plans.
