Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Director of Business Finance. The individual will be responsible for leading the financial planning processes, overseeing budgeting activities, preparing financial statements, and conducting detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with company goals while optimizing performance and resource allocation. This position requires leadership in developing financial strategies and ensuring adherence to budgets and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting methodologies
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights
- Solid understanding and application of Finance principles and metrics
- Leadership capabilities to manage and mentor teams effectively
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial tools or software; advanced knowledge of Excel and similar applications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
