Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development based in India. The Director will strategize and lead initiatives to identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing client acquisition strategies, creating proposals, leading negotiations, and managing a high-performing business development team. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with the organization’s overall objectives.

- Strong expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively
- Experience in IT or a technology-related industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset
