About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and committed individual to join our leadership team as a Board of Director. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance aligned with the company’s long-term vision
• Participate in high-level decision-making, including expansion, partnerships, and investments
• Drive business growth, scalability, and profitability strategies
• Contribute to financial planning, funding strategies, and investor relations
• Ensure ethical standards, compliance, and corporate governance practices
• Mentor and guide executive leadership and key departments
• Leverage network to unlock new business opportunities, collaborations, and funding avenues
  

Investment & Vesting Structure

• This role operates on a long-term vesting model, ensuring sustained commitment and mutual growth
• The selected individual will be expected to bring or participate in investment, aligning interests with the company’s future success
• Equity allocation will be structured based on involvement, contribution, and investment value
• Vesting period ensures progressive ownership and stability within leadership
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, or board-level roles
• Strong understanding of business strategy, scaling, and financial management
• Experience in any of the following sectors is preferred:
• IT Services & Consulting
• Recruitment & Staffing
• Digital Marketing
• Business Consulting
• Ability to relocate and actively participate in on-site strategic operations
• Strong network in industry, investors, or business ecosystems is a plus
• Mindset of a long-term partner rather than a short-term employee
