Skills And Experience
- 12 - 15 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.
- Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service cloud, exposure to Marketing cloud, good to have understanding of Communications cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience in SOQL, SOSL Queries, Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, Reading SFDC platform logs, Lightening, Apex Class, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Omni Studio development.
- Minimum of 8x Certifications in Salesforce
- Strong experience with community building initiatives and involved in mentoring team members
