Principal Consultant – Executive Search (Return-to-Work Opportunity)
About the Role
Are you an experienced corporate professional looking to restart your career after a break? We are seeking accomplished leaders with 10–15 years of corporate experience who are ready to leverage their business expertise in executive search.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with senior executives, understanding business challenges, and influencing leadership hiring decisions. Previous executive search experience is not mandatory—we value strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand leadership hiring requirements across industries and functions.
- Identify, assess, and engage senior executives for leadership and specialist positions.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.
- Develop market intelligence, talent maps, and competitor insights.
- Manage executive search assignments from briefing through successful closure.
- Collaborate with research and delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Represent the firm with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Who We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in corporate leadership, consulting, HR, sales, operations, strategy, or related functions.
- Professionals returning to work after a career break due to family, caregiving, relocation, entrepreneurship, or other personal reasons are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage confidently with CXOs.
- Commercial mindset with curiosity about businesses, industries, and leadership.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
- Prior recruitment or executive search experience is an advantage but not essential.
