Role Description The Director at SkillCraft Technology will oversee strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to advance the company’s mission of skill-based learning. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, aligning programs with business objectives, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students. The Director will manage budgets and resources, develop partnerships with educational and industry stakeholders, and monitor key performance indicators to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include refining processes, mentoring team members, making data-informed decisions, and reporting progress to senior leadership. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations while maintaining a long-term strategic view of the company’s development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in education, technology, or a related sector, with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills, including experience with setting and monitoring organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in building partnerships and representing an organization externally.
- Proficiency in operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, process improvement, and performance measurement.
- Background in edtech, learning and development, or curriculum design is highly beneficial; familiarity with student-centered or skills-based learning models is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, education, technology management, or a related field.
