Role Description The Director at Pixel Orbit Labs Web Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for leading overall business and operational strategy. The Director oversees project delivery, resource planning, and client relationships, ensuring that all web solutions meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. This role includes supervising cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and guiding decision-making on technology, processes, and service offerings. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, refine the company’s service portfolio, and drive revenue and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing key metrics, managing risk, supporting team leads, and representing the company in client meetings and industry engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director-level roles within technology, web development, or digital services organizations.
- Strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and project governance, with the ability to balance quality, cost, and timelines.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, foster a positive work culture, and manage conflict constructively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Understanding of modern web technologies, development processes, and digital product lifecycles; ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and driving growth initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi and maintain a consistent full-time presence.
