Role Description The Director role at Novillex Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership across product development and delivery for banking and financial solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. The Director will oversee cross-functional teams, set performance goals, manage budgets, and drive execution of key initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder management, reviewing project roadmaps, guiding technology and product decisions, and mentoring senior managers. The role also involves collaboration with clients to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for innovation, and represent the company in key industry interactions.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in banking and financial services, with strong understanding of digital banking products, operations, and regulatory considerations.
- Background in technology or IT solutions, ideally with exposure to mobility, analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
- Proven ability to drive product and project delivery, including budget ownership, roadmap planning, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive and client levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a senior leadership or director-level role in a tech or fintech environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
