Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Director to lead and oversee end-to-end creative development and execution of film projects. Based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, this on-site role involves managing the entire production process—from conceptualization to delivery. The Director will work closely with teams including scriptwriters, cinematographers, editors, and clients to execute creative visions. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to creative teams, ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines, and maintain budgetary control.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in film production processes, including scriptwriting, directing, and editing
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee creative teams
- Creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for production and post-production
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in filmmaking and media
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in directing and managing large-scale film projects is highly valuable
