Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and optimize our end-to-end revenue cycle operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue integrity, improving cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing RCM team.
Work From Office | Noida – Sector 62
Key Responsibility
Lead and manage all RCM operations including billing, accounts receivable, collections, and denials management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue cycle.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations and policies (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
Analyze revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee third-party payer relationships, contract compliance, and reimbursement analysis.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to streamline workflows and optimize revenue capture.
Maintain and improve KPIs such as Days in A/R, collection rates, denial rates, and clean claim rates.
Train, mentor, and lead RCM team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry changes, payer trends, and regulatory updates affecting RCM.
Prepare reports and present to executive leadership regarding revenue performance and forecasts.
Who Should Apply
10+ years of experience in RCM (AR)
Proven leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement methodologies, and payer regulations
Experience improving KPIs and driving measurable financial outcomes
Excellent communication, problem-solving & people skills
