Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director Accounts based in Chennai. The Director of Accounts will oversee account operations, manage client relations, and lead financial planning and strategy initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, mentoring team members, and leading business development efforts. The role also involves efficient project management, client liaison, and collaboration with other departments to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and Sales to develop financial strategy and build strong client relationships
- Should have managed and led a team of Accounts outsourcing for Local and Global clients
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to foster collaboration and drive work efficiency
- Project Management expertise to oversee and deliver financial initiatives within timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and team coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- CA certification or similar professional qualification; MBA in Finance or related discipline is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in account leadership positions, preferably within a professional services firm
