About AIMS Institutes &The School Of Hospitality& Tourism
AIMS Institutes (established in the year 1994) is a leading higher education institution offering programmes across Business, Commerce, Computer Applications, and Hospitality. AIMS is a NAAC accredited (2nd cycle with an ‘A’ grade and a CGPA of 3.25 on 4) institution and B-School programmes are accredited by IACBE, USA. The School of Hospitality& Tourism is among top-3 private hotel management institutions in India under “Super Excellence” category (GHRDC, 2025) and delivers a 4-year Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree and EHL Diploma Programmes in affiliation with Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) — world's leading hospitality education institutions.
With effect from the 2026–27 academic year, AIMS transitions to autonomous status* — a significant milestone that demands a step-change in academic quality, industry integration, and institutional leadership. The Director will be the architect of this transition and the sustained performance of the school thereafter.

▸ Guide the Teaching Chef and kitchen team in integrating practical training with academic curriculum requirements.
▸ Coordinate with cafeteria and accommodation operations on food service standards and student wellbeing.
▸ Ensure safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance across all food handling and production areas within the school.
