Position : Director – Financial Due Diligence
Location : Parel / Nariman Point, Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to lead and scale the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) practice. This role is ideal for professionals with strong transaction advisory, M&A, and financial analysis experience who are keen to build a high-impact advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
* Manage client relationships with PE/VC funds, corporates, and advisors
* Drive business development and proposal development
* Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and deal metrics
* Mentor and lead the transaction advisory team
Requirements :
* 7–10 years experience in FDD / Transaction Advisory / M&A
* Prior experience in Big 4 / consulting / investment banking preferred
* CA qualification preferred
* Strong expertise in Ind AS / IGAAP and deal processes
Work Details:
🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
