In this pivotal executive role, you will lead group-level financial planning, analysis, and strategic forecasting across all domestic operating entities. - Rolling Forecasts & Budgeting: Lead the end-to-end annual Growth Through Objective (GTO) budget process and rolling weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial forecasts across operating entities.
- Variance & Bridge Analysis: Deliver root-cause variance analysis (MTD/YTD) and maintain monthly P&L bridges isolating price, volume, product mix, FX, and cost movements.
- Exco & Global Engagement: Structure and present high-impact monthly and quarterly results decks to the India Leadership Team, regional management, and global group leadership.
2. Commercial Finance & Revenue Maximization
- Profitability Analytics: Track and analyze sales and margins across distinct operating brands, distribution channels, customer segments, manufacturing plants, and individual sales representatives.
- Operational Alignment: Translate manufacturing and supply chain metrics (costs, inventory, throughput) into actionable insights for commercial leadership.
- Commercial Strategy: Own the commission strategy, rebate frameworks, and commercial contract reviews to protect margins and drive competitive growth.
3. Cost Optimization & Strategic Value Creation
- Margin Expansion: Identify, track, and execute cost-saving initiatives across SG&A, indirect spend, and global efficiency projects.
- Working Capital & SLOB: Own working capital management strategies across inventory, debtors, and creditors; lead Slow-Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB) mitigation plans.
- Capital Expenditure (Capex): Build rigorous ROI business cases for strategic investments, stress-test financial models, and track post-implementation returns via corporate systems.
4. Treasury, Risk & Governance
- Liquidity & Treasury: Manage short-term rolling cash flow forecasting, daily FX exposure, and hedging support in coordination with central treasury.
- Financial Risk & Compliance: Oversee provisions (doubtful debt, bonus, leave), insurance policy reviews, royalty/rebate agreements, and commercial legal escalations.

- Tech & Analytical Mastery: Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Power BI) and hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., BaaN LN, SAP).
- Executive Presence: Strong track record of influencing senior executive committees, plant operations teams, and global stakeholders.
## Why Join Us?
- Strategic Ownership: Direct visibility and decision-making influence across multiple market-leading operating brands within a major global group.
