Director – Corporate Relations & Placements
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
A result-oriented professional with a strong corporate network and a proven track record in campus placements, internships, industry collaborations, and employer engagement. The Director – Corporate Relations & Placements will be responsible for strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing student employability, and driving placement initiatives across the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the University's placement and corporate relations strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, recruiters, and industry leaders.
- Facilitate campus placements, internships, live projects, industrial visits, and pre-placement engagements.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations for recruitment and academic collaborations.
- Organize placement drives, career fairs, recruitment events, and networking sessions.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student competencies with industry expectations.
- Lead career guidance, employability enhancement, and interview preparation initiatives.
- Monitor placement performance, maintain recruiter databases, and submit periodic reports to the management.
- Lead and mentor the Corporate Relations & Placement team to achieve departmental objectives.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Business Development, or Industry Engagement, preferably in a higher education institution.
- Strong corporate network with leading organizations across industries.
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
