Head of Partnerships & Community Expansion – CoCurr
About CoCurr
CoCurr operates a structured and professionally managed sports ecosystem within residential communities, focused on improving how sports facilities are utilized and experienced.
The model brings consistency, quality, and organization into existing infrastructure, enabling a more premium and outcome-driven experience for residents.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role focused on driving partnerships with residential communities (apartments, gated societies, and developers).
The primary goal is to unlock access to communities, build relationships, and enable CoCurr to establish and operate structured sports programs across locations.
This is not a traditional role — it requires someone who can operate independently, build from scratch, and drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with residential communities, RWAs, facility managers, and developers
• Build and maintain a strong network within apartment and society ecosystems
• Initiate and drive partnership conversations
• Convert leads into active partnerships and onboard communities
• Work closely with the founder to expand presence across target locations
• Support early-stage execution to ensure partnerships translate into operational setups
What This Role Requires
• Strong network within residential communities / apartments / societies
• Experience in partnerships, business development, real estate, or community operations
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders
• High ownership mindset and bias for action
• Comfort working in an unstructured, early-stage environment
Compensation
• No fixed salary initially
• Performance-based incentives tied to outcomes (partnerships closed, locations onboarded)
• Equity-based upside based on contribution and long-term involvement
Why This Role
• Opportunity to build something from the ground up
• Direct exposure to how a startup is built and scaled
• High ownership and ability to shape the growth of CoCurr
• Potential to evolve into a larger leadership role based on performance
Expectation
This role is execution-driven and outcome-focused.
It is best suited for someone who:
• Wants to build, not just work
• Is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
• Is driven by ownership and long-term upside
Important
This is a zero-to-one stage role.
If you are looking for a structured job with fixed compensation, this may not be the right fit.
If you are looking to take ownership, build something meaningful, and grow with it — this could be a strong opportunity.
