Job Title: B2B Business Development Executive (Fresher) – US Process

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Job Summary:
Vitel Global Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and result-driven freshers to join our B2B Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a strong passion for sales and client interaction. This role involves engaging with US-based businesses, generating leads, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Connect with US-based decision-makers to present company products/services.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate business solutions.
Qualify prospects and convert them into potential business opportunities.
Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Confidence in interacting with international clients (US market).
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
Good research and lead generation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate (Freshers are welcome).
Strong interest in B2B sales/business development.
Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing is an added advantage (not mandatory).
