Position: Direct Tele – FLS
Location: Thane
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls and generate sales through tele-calling.
- Promote and sell BFSI/financial products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate from a full-time course.
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of finance/BFSI tele-sales experience.
- Experience in Insurance (GI/LI/HI/MI), Demat Accounts, Credit Cards, or similar products preferred.
- BFSI sales/collections experience preferred.
- Candidates from relevant processes such as Serco, Policybazaar, Q Connect, etc. can apply.
- Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
- 90 days' notice period candidates are not recommended.
Location Criteria:
Thane, Bhiwandi, Mulund, Kalwa, Vikhroli, Dombivli and Kalyan candidates can apply, provided they can attend the interview at the Thane location.
