Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Selling Agent, located in Mengio. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, offering tailored financial products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves developing product knowledge for better customer interactions and participating in training sessions to enhance sales and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on loans and related solutions
- Willingness to participate in training and continuous development
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Mengio
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is an added advantage
